These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AEO Optimizer ("Service"), operated by AEO Optimizer ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided for lawful purposes only. You may use AEO Optimizer to analyze publicly accessible web pages for SEO and AEO optimization purposes.

1.3 Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Attempt to bypass security measures, perform SSRF attacks, or probe internal network resources
• Submit URLs pointing to internal services, admin panels, localhost, or private IP addresses
• Abuse the Service through automated scraping, bulk scanning beyond plan limits, or denial-of-service attempts
• Analyze URLs you do not have authorization to access or test
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission

2. Intellectual Property

The AEO Optimizer name, logo, software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Analysis reports generated for your URLs are yours to use for your own website optimization purposes.

3. Disclaimers

3.1 No Guarantee of AI Visibility

AEO Optimizer provides an analysis of technical and content signals that may influence how AI answer engines treat your page. We make no warranty, express or implied, that optimizing your score will cause any AI system to cite, quote, or recommend your content. AI engine behavior is determined by those systems' own models and policies, which are outside our control.

3.2 Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate analysis but cannot guarantee that all checks are complete or error-free. The Service analyzes the publicly rendered HTML of a page at a point in time and may not capture JavaScript-rendered content, server-side personalization, or content behind authentication.

3.3 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEO Optimizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service fetches publicly accessible web pages hosted by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third-party websites.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination
